Cyber Closet is Cayman's newest internet retailer of apparel for women, men and kids.

Cyber Closet is a team of dedicated fashion fanatics, committed to bringing the latest must haves, styles and looks locally. We promise to elevate style and self perception while keeping your style unique by not providing a uniform option but a unique, one and only style for men and women. This means there will only be one size of one style at any one time.  New styles will be added monthly to keep you on the forefront of fashion. 

Registration

Do I have to register to place an order?

You do not have to register to shop online with us. You have the option to bypass the registration and shop as a guest.

What are the benefits of registering?

* Place an order with just a few clicks, without having to re-enter your delivery information or other details each time you shop.

* Tracking the status of your order up until the time of delivery.

* Receive updates on new arrivals prior to being placed online, updates on sales and receiving exclusive discount offers from time to time.

 

Placing an Order

Once you have selected your items and added them to your basket, you may continue onto the next page which will require the completion of the billling form which will provide us with your delivery address (please do not use a PO Box address). Once you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email setting out your order details.

 

Changing an Order

Once you have submitted your order, you have 24 hours to change the order except for orders requiring expedited same day delivery. Changes can be made by using the Contact Us form to notify us of your change. Please include your order number and set out the expected changes.  You will receive a confirmation email with the changes and, if applicable, your new total etc.

 

Returns

For In Store Purchases

For all purchases made in store there will be no returns or store credit .

For Online Purchases

Items ordered can be returned and a store credit will be given. No item can be returned after three days.  Items must be in same condition as was delivered .

 

Sizes

Most sizes in the apparel section are true to size but some items may run/fit larger than the category size.  Please use Instructions box and provide any questions or queries regarding a specific item when submitting order. We will do our best to answer your query prior to delivery.

 

Pick Up & Delivery

All orders placed online can be picked up at our store location (Unit 6 Artco Centre, Shedden Road, GT) or you can opt for delievery at an additional cost. All orders will be sorted and packaged for delivery for the next business day. For persons who require expedited delivery (orders will be delivered within one to two hours after placing order) or same day delivery (orders will be delivered up until 8:00pm same day) there will be an additional cost for this service.  All deliveries will require a signature at the time of delivery.

* For persons living in Cayman Brac or Little Cayman, all orders will be sent via post which will incur a postage fee unless otherwise instructed by customer.

 

Payment

At this time the only form of payment will be cash or cheque (subject to approval) at the time of delivery. 

* For persons living in Cayman Brac or Little Cayman please be advised that orders will not be sent out until payment has been received.  If payment will be by cheque (which is subject to approval), orders will be sent after the cheque has been cleared.
